My due date fell in the 41st week of my pregnancy, and it was a difficult delivery resulting in health complications.
Every other week we ask a Real Mom if they would like the NurtureGoods experience. These moms use a breast pump from NurtureGoods in order to describe and share their experiences. In this way, we hope to raise awareness of the NurtureGoods experience and help you make a choice. This week it's mom Sana's turn. Will you read along?

I didn't think I was going to be able to give my breast milk this time
My experience with the second delivery was unexpected. Let me first introduce myself: I am Sana, mother of two daughters: Layan is five years old and the second Lana, was born on 12.12.2022. As a mother, I would like to tell you about my experience with breastfeeding. With my first birth, I had no problems with breastfeeding and was able to breastfeed her for a year and a half. I can say it was a very successful experience and I did not experience any problem or difficulty. My breasts pumped breast milk in good amounts and my daughter was full.
My second delivery was different. During the pregnancy, I was psychologically ready to breastfeed. I didn't buy bottles or formula because I wanted to breastfeed my daughter naturally, just like her older sister Layan.
The nurse told me that the natural milk would come in a few days and advised me to drink liquids. When I got home I applied all the tips and it worked! My breasts were full of milk but it was not coming down and my breast was very stiffened and the pain was unbearable. I was suffering from broken nipples and allergies and the breastfeeding process had become a nightmare for me. I bought a manual breast pump but it was not effective, it did not pick up the nipple properly. It is also very tiring on my hands, I was forced to push with my hand to pump and after more than half an hour of effort I still can't get anything out. Eventually I managed to pump breast milk for my daughter.
My experience with the Nurturegoods Smart 3.0 Dual Pump Breast Pump
After using the Nurturegoods Smart 3.0 double pump, I was surprised by the results. Because unlike manual pumping, the pump looks very nice, is easy to use and also painless. The nipple grabs well and the pump is convenient just like massaging the breasts. The pump is easy to charge and you can also use it wirelessly after charging. The battery lasts a long time and you can also choose the suction method: fast or slow. The device has a screen where you can see all the information and it also calculates your time, how long you are pumping.
The pump is small and very effective, I can pump milk on the right and left side at the same time and I can use it in any position. Whether I am standing to cook, lying in bed or watching TV.
Per pumping turn I filled two bottles, I gave one to my daughter to drink from and saved the second for later. The pump is also lightweight, this way I can put it in my bag and take it anywhere.
My opinion of the Nurturegoods breast pump
Honestly, I am very happy that thanks to the pump from Nurturegoods, I was finally able to breastfeed my daughter from the natural breast. I feel very comfortable having successfully breastfed. I don't have to worry about breastfeeding because every time I pump, the milk in my breasts increases and renews.
My daughter is now three months old and at her last checkup the doctor assured me that her weight and size are very good. Thanks to this pump, my daughter sleeps well with breast milk.
My experience with the manual breast pump
Unfortunately, it wasn't so easy this time. My due date fell in the 41st week of my pregnancy and it was a difficult delivery resulting in health complications. For the first two days I could not breastfeed my daughter and had to feed her artificially.
The NurtureGoods breast pump has a great design and comes with extras.

As for cleaning, that's very easy with this pump! You can simply wash the flask with water and sterilize it and it is ready to use again. You can also wash the parts in the dishwasher. If I could give a review for this pump, I would give it a 10/10!!!
As a mother with two children, I can recommend this great NurtureGoods Smart 3.0 breast pump to all starting mothers! Also if you want to give a (maternity) gift, I recommend Nurturegoods smart 3.0, it will be an effective and useful gift! The price it is very reasonable compared to the efficiency and excellence.
Much love, Sana
